Llamadas que suplantan a bancos o servicios t\u00e9cnicos, un mensaje falso de whatsapp pueden generar sensaci\u00f3n de urgencia y empujar a la v\u00edctima a actuar sin comprobar si est\u00e1 ante una estafa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>estafas telef\u00f3nicas<\/strong> y de mensajer\u00eda no solo buscan robar dinero, sino tambi\u00e9n obtener datos personales, claves o acceso a dispositivos. Por eso, conocer c\u00f3mo funcionan estos enga\u00f1os, qu\u00e9 se\u00f1ales los delatan y qu\u00e9 hacer si caemos en ellos es clave para reducir riesgos y reaccionar a tiempo.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo detectar el vishing, el smishing y otros mensajes fraudulentos?<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>vishing<\/strong> es una t\u00e9cnica de fraude basada en llamadas telef\u00f3nicas en las que el delincuente se hace pasar por una entidad de confianza, como un banco, una empresa o un servicio t\u00e9cnico. Su objetivo suele ser conseguir datos sensibles, lograr que la v\u00edctima haga un pago o incluso convencerla para instalar programas maliciosos. El <strong>smishing<\/strong>, en cambio, utiliza mensajes SMS o aplicaciones de mensajer\u00eda para lograr el mismo fin mediante enlaces falsos, avisos urgentes o solicitudes de verificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque cambie el canal, el patr\u00f3n suele repetirse. Muchas <strong>estafas telefonicas<\/strong> y de mensajer\u00eda intentan crear presi\u00f3n con excusas como una multa pendiente, un problema con una cuenta bancaria, una entrega fallida o un aviso de seguridad. El <strong>whatsapp falso<\/strong> es muy habitual, se envia en nombre de un contacto o empresa conocida, y el <strong>sms fraudulento<\/strong> que pide pulsar un enlace o llamar a un n\u00famero concreto. INCIBE ha alertado de campa\u00f1as que suplantan a organismos p\u00fablicos y empresas conocidas precisamente con este tipo de mensajes.<\/p>\n<p>Para detectar estas se\u00f1ales conviene desconfiar si hay prisas, amenazas, errores extra\u00f1os en el mensaje, enlaces sospechosos o peticiones de datos bancarios, contrase\u00f1as o c\u00f3digos de verificaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n es importante recordar que una llamada o un mensaje aparentemente leg\u00edtimos no garantizan que quien est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s sea realmente quien dice ser.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo protegerse de las estafas telef\u00f3nicas y qu\u00e9 hacer si he ca\u00eddo en una<\/h2>\n<p>La mejor forma de protegerse frente al <strong>vishing<\/strong> y al <strong>smishing<\/strong> es no actuar con precipitaci\u00f3n. Antes de responder a una llamada, abrir un enlace o facilitar informaci\u00f3n, conviene verificar siempre por un canal oficial si el aviso es real. Si se recibe un <strong>sms fraudulento<\/strong>, un <strong>whatsapp falso<\/strong> o cualquier comunicaci\u00f3n inesperada, lo m\u00e1s recomendable es no contestar, no descargar archivos y no acceder a enlaces incluidos en el mensaje.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, ayuda mucho mantener actualizados los dispositivos, activar la verificaci\u00f3n en dos pasos y revisar con frecuencia movimientos bancarios o accesos a cuentas. En este tipo de fraudes, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pelayo.com\/seguros-vida\">la prevenci\u00f3n<\/a> no depende solo de la tecnolog\u00eda, sino tambi\u00e9n de saber identificar comportamientos sospechosos antes de que sea tarde.<\/p>\n<p>Si ya has ca\u00eddo en la estafa, lo m\u00e1s importante es actuar r\u00e1pido. Conviene contactar con el banco si se han facilitado datos de pago, cambiar contrase\u00f1as si se han compartido credenciales, guardar pruebas como capturas o n\u00fameros de tel\u00e9fono y reportar
